Carol Clabo was recognized on the pitch Saturday night as our latest Season Seat Member of the Match. Carol was joined by her husband, John, and the two of them rarely miss a match together.

The Clabos became fans of the beautiful game many years ago while living in Tulsa. Back then, the Roughnecks competed in the NASL, and the Clabos fell in love with the sport and were season ticket holders for eight years. When they moved to OKC, they were thrilled when a team was announced and have been part of the Energy FC family ever since. Their love for the game isn't just limited to supporting the team, as John and their two daughters both played soccer.

On matchdays, the Clabos can be seen in the Green Club during warm-ups while they enjoy a beverage and a bite to eat. The servers at the concession stand are so accustomed to the routine that they start on John’s bratwurst the moment they see him coming!

Carol says her all-time favorite player to wear the Energy FC shirt is Cody Laurendi, but they support all of the guys and love cheering on the whole squad.

The Clabo family has accumulated quite a collection of Energy FC memorabilia over the years. They have scarves from every season, just about every free t-shirt we’ve given away, four or five kits each, blankets, jackets and even ponchos they bought in the middle of a match during a downpour!
