Oklahoma City, Okla. (June 25, 2025) — OKC for Soccer, the ambitious project bringing the highest level of women’s and men’s soccer to Oklahoma City, has engaged former National Women’s Soccer League team executive Nan Vogel in support of commercial development as the club prepares to begin play in 2027.
Vogel most recently served as Senior Vice President of Partnerships, In-Game Experiences, and Community for NWSL club Gotham FC, where she oversaw significant growth in sponsorships, including a record-breaking deal with Dove and unique partnerships with clothing brand ALIGNE and LaCroix Sparkling Water. In addition, she developed impactful partner-driven community projects, including “Keep Her In The Game,” a program to combat the rate of girls dropping out of soccer in their early teens.
Before joining Gotham FC in 2022, Vogel spent more than 11 years managing partnerships for Major League Soccer.
As a strategic consultant to OKC for Soccer, Vogel will advise the club’s senior leadership on commercial strategy, partnership management, and business development opportunities.
“Nan is a soccer builder with a track record of success and we are excited to welcome her to the movement and club we have started,” said Court Jeske, President of OKC for Soccer. “Nan’s experience at the highest levels in both men’s and women’s soccer aligns perfectly with our project’s vision to be a club for all of OKC. As our city continues to raise its global sports profile, we are committed to working with national and international industry leaders who can elevate our organization and our community.”
OKC for Soccer is leading the development of the MAPS 4 Multipurpose Stadium in downtown OKC that will serve as the club’s home venue. The men's team will play in the USL Championship.
“OKC for Soccer is one of the most intriguing projects in professional American soccer today,” Nan Vogel said. “From the stadium to its community-centered approach, the club already has many of the key ingredients for a commercially successful sports brand. I look forward to working with Christian Kanady and Court Jeske to help make that a reality.”
Vogel is the latest nationally renowned strategic consultant to join the OKC for Soccer movement. Others include OKC-based communications firm the Gooden Group, New York-based soccer marketing agency Short Corner Media, stadium architecture firm Populous, famed soccer crest designer Matthew Wolff, longtime OKC soccer operations leader Billy Walton, and CSL International, a global services consultancy backed by the Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees, among other investors.
