OKLAHOMA CITY – OKC Energy FC and Atlanta United 2 will meet for the second time at Taft Stadium on Sunday evening as the visitors look to pick up their second win of the season in the Central Division. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. ET.

@EnergyFC (0-2-1, 1pt) earned its first point of the season last Friday night as it played to a 1-1 draw with Sporting Kansas City II at Children’s Mercy Park but let a second-half lead slip as Frank Lopez gave the side the lead before Tyler Freeman answered with six minutes to go. Lopez will be also unavailable for Sunday’s game after being sent off late against SKC II, meaning OKC will have to look to players like Villyan Bijev (eight shots, seven key passes) and Tucker Stephenson (three shots, four key passes) to step up in his absence.

@atlutd2 (1-1-0, 3pts) returns to Taft Stadium after a bye week following its 1-0 victory on its last visit. Phillip Goodrum scored the lone goal of the game in the second half to give Atlanta victory, matching its away victory total from the 2020 Championship season. Atlanta has struggled to create chances overall in its opening two games, however, recording only 1.28 Expected Goals in its first two outings, and will be looking for more sharpness in the final third to earn a second consecutive victory.
