Energy FC Parts Ways with Head Coach Steve Cooke

OKLAHOMA CITY – Energy FC has announced they will not extend the contract of Head Coach Steve Cooke beyond the 2019 USL Championship season.  
 
“We want to thank Steve for his hard work and dedication since day one with Oklahoma City Energy FC,” said General Manager Jason Hawkins. “We wish him nothing but success in the future.”  
 
A search is underway for the club’s next head coach.

  • Energy FC wrapped up preseason with a 4-0 win over FC Tucson of USL League One Saturday afternoon in Tucson, Ariz. Jaime Chavez, Ray Saari, Frank Lopez and Arun Basuljevic found the back of the net, while the defense locked things down to keep a clean sheet.
