Owner and CEO of Prodigal LLC, a local sports marketing company that operates the OKC Energy FC soccer team, co-promotes PBR (Professional Bull Rider) events in OKC and Tulsa, the new three-day TenaCity in downtown OKC as well as various activities like St. Patrick’s Day parade, Winter Shops at Myriad Gardens and manages production for OKCFest.

Has experience in varied projects in the sports and entertainment world following graduation from OBU including: Summer & Winter X Games, AND 1 Mix Tape Tour, as well as Davis Cup and Fed Cup matches across the United States.

Bob and his family are actively involved in community efforts within the state of Oklahoma.  With Energy FC, he’s participated in events with: Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics Oklahoma, Fields & Futures, Sexual Assault Awareness month with the Oklahoma Attorney General Office and PALS (Police Athletic League Sports).

Individually, he serves as a board member for the State of Oklahoma March of Dimes chapter, past chair of the Greater Oklahoma City Sports Consortium, graduate of the Leadership OKC Class 31, graduate of the Citizen Police Academy, supporter of The First Tee program and member of Downtown Rotary Club 29.

Mindy Lummus

SVP, Operations

Mindy oversees Prodigal’s day-to-day business operations for the organization. That includes work with OKC Energy FC, Professional Bull Rider (PBR) events in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Prodigal Sports Group and Express Sports Merchandise. Prodigal Sports Group represents over 15 world class bull riding and rodeo athletes.

She has experience in events outside of Oklahoma, as well, with Summer and Winter X Games as well as the Great Outdoor Games in the area of sponsor fulfillment.

Mindy owns a bachelor degree in psychology and a Master’s degree in human relations, both from the University of Oklahoma. Mindy enjoys spoiling her nephew Jered and nieces Grace and Olivia.

Tim McLaughlin

A native Oklahoman, Tim McLaughlin embodies the same characteristics associated with Oklahoma’s well documented success: Hard working, focused, determined, compassionate, resourceful, and grounded in the things that matter most: family, friends and community.

As part of the ownership group, while also serving as Vice President of Industry Relations at AdvancePierre Foods, Tim was focused on sales, marketing, and corporate and customer relations to help grow company sales from $20 million to approximately $1.5 billion over the past 20 years.

Active in the local community, Tim and his wife, Liz, founded Fields & Futures in 2012 to help Oklahoma City Public Schools Athletics provide improved after-school opportunities for students in grades 7-12. A multi-million dollar project to renovate all Oklahoma City Public Schools athletic fields, while also providing professional development for coaches and mentoring opportunities for students, Fields & Futures received the Perfect Partner Award from the Oklahoma City Public School Foundation in 2013.

Tim currently serves as a director on several local organization boards, including the Oklahoma Zoological Society, Police Athletic League, Oklahoma City Public Schools Foundation and Heritage Hall Board of Trustees. He studied at Southwestern University in Texas and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in business management.

When Tim is away from the office, you will most likely find him traveling with his family or on the soccer fields with one of his three soccer-playing children.

Jeff Kretchmar

Chief Operating Officer

With over a decade of experience in professional sports, Jeff now serves as Chief Operating Officer for Energy FC. Jeff has 18 years of varied experience in the sports and entertainment industry, and is a graduate of the Leadership Oklahoma City Class 35 and was honored as a 2017 Achiever Under 40 by the Journal Record.

Jeff has been with Energy FC since its inception and has acted as Director of Operations, V.P. of Operations, and V.P. of Sales and Marketing. In his newest role as COO with the organization, his primary focus is growing the culture, brand and business of Energy FC.

Current and ongoing projects include: Oklahoma City Energy FC - USL Championship and the O'City Parade - OKC's St Patrick's Day parade. Prodigal produced events such as: OKC Downtown 4th Fest - a live music and fire works event in the heart of OKC / Professional Bull Rider tour events in OKC and Tulsa / Christmas Crawl - OKC longest running holiday charity bar crawl and OKC Open Streets in partnership with OCCHD.

Jeff currently sits on the South OKC Chamber Board of Directors and on the Jr. League of OKC Advisory Council.
