GUEST SERVICES

 

The Guest Services Booth is located in the NE corner of the stadium. The Guest Services Booth can assist fans with lost and found inquiries, lost children, stadium directions and emergencies. Energy FC cares about your experience and we would love to receive feedback on how we are doing. Lost children or fans should be taken to the Guest Services Booth. Parents looking for a lost child should check with the nearest event staff, safety personnel or Law Enforcement officer for assistance. For safety reasons, we are unable to make stadium-wide announcements for lost children or fans.

 

All fans looking to claim or report lost items during a match should visit Guest Services Booth located in the NE corner of the stadium. Fans inquiring about lost items at previous events should contact us at 405.235.KICK or email Tickets@EnergyFC.com.

 

Energy FC merchandise, such as t-shirts, scarves and flags, can be purchased at our online store or at Energy FC home matches within Taft Stadium.

Energy FC season ticket members are eligible for a 10% discount on merchandise at Taft Stadium.

 

Energy FC has three approved parking locations at Taft Stadium, NW Classen High School and NW Baptist Church.

A safe drop-off and pick-up location is available in the Taft Parking Lot near the Energy FC Box Office for those being dropped-off or picked-up by friends/family or for catching an Uber/Lyft.

Taft Stadium Parking: A Taft Stadium parking pass is required to park in this lot. This is a BLUE PARKING PASS.

NW Classen High School: A NW Classen High School parking pass is required to park in this lot. This is a GREEN PARKETING PASS. Parking passes for NW Classen High School parking lot may be purchased in advance (pending availability) for $10 by contacting the Energy FC office at 405.235.KICK or at Tickets@EnergyFC.com.

NW Baptist Church: This parking lot is a first come, first serve parking lot.

Parking in the surrounding neighborhoods is at your own risk and you are subject to towing in accordance with City of Oklahoma City posted signs.

 

Following the game, fans are permitted to make their way to the north side of the track behind the temporary bleachers for a 15-minute autograph session with the players. The players will retire to the locker room to stretch and re-hydrate. Following that period of time, the players will return to the area. The clock starts when the first player makes their way into the area.

POLICIES

 

Please drink responsibly. Fans wishing to purchase beer may do so at the two main concession stands as well as from any portable beer stands located in the north field level concourse and underneath the east and west stands. Beer is available when gates open 60 minutes before the match through the 70th minute of the match.

 

Service animals and service animals in training are permitted at Taft Stadium. All other animals are prohibited.

 

Only small purses (10″ X 10″) and diaper bags are permitted inside the stadium. All bags are subject to search.

 

Instruments and flags are only allowed into the stadium with a ticket for seating in the fan zone/supporter’s section. Please see the list of prohibited items for additional details.

 

A small, unopened or empty water bottle is permitted inside the stadium.

 

Personal point and shoot cameras are allowed. Large, professional-grade cameras that require a professional/telephoto/detachable lens require a credential from Energy FC. Phones that record video are allowed. Handheld video cameras are not permitted without a credential from Energy FC. If you are a photographer with an accredited media outlet, you can apply for credentials here.

 

Clothing that is deemed to be offensive or inappropriate must be removed from the venue.

Green Creed

Actions that are unacceptable include, but are not limited, to:

  • Physical harm or threats of physical harm to others
  • Disrespectful and/or hateful public speech (verbally or online)
  • Leading, participating, and/or encouraging in inappropriate chants
  • Throwing any objects onto the field of play during a match

Slurs, derogatory language, physical harm and/or threats of physical harm towards anyone are completely unacceptable and will be dealt with in the strictest possible terms. Any Green who doesn’t demonstrate the OKC Standard, whether at home or on the road, is subject to sanctions, including ejection, banishment, and arrest.

Every Green should expect to:

  • Watch the game in a safe, clean and healthy environment.
  • Be treated in a courteous, consistent and professional manner.
  • Be treated with dignity and respect by other spectators attending the game and those organizing the event.
  • “Passionately support” the Energy, provided that the support is in good taste and neither adversely impacts the event experience of fellow spectators nor negatively impacts the game.
  • Displays of good sportsmanship.
  • Timely and accurate information related to the game.

 

Energy FC understands matches played outside are subject to changing weather conditions. Energy FC matches will be played as scheduled … rain or shine. If there are weather concerns, fans will be notified at the game and given choices about what their plan-of-action should be.

If it is raining, fans are encouraged to bring ponchos or water-resistant jackets. Umbrellas WILL NOT be permitted in the stadium.

 

Stadium seats are permitted to be used as long as they are less than 16 inches wide and do not contain an arm rest.

 

What items are PROHIBITED from coming into the stadium?

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Fireworks
  • Tobacco products
  • E-cigarettes
  • Alcohol
  • Vuvuzelas (only allowed in the fan zone/supporter’s section)
  • Air Horns
  • Amplified power sound
  • Laser pointers
  • Umbrellas (ponchos are allowed to protect fans from inclement weather)
  • Flares
  • Outside food or drink
  • Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
  • Tripods, monopods or selfie sticks (with the exception of credentialed media)

 

Taft Stadium is a no smoking/no vaping facility.


TAFT STADIUM INFORMATION

 

Fans are encouraged to enter the stadium in the NE entrance, closest intersection of NW 27th and May Avenue, next to the Box Office.

 

Fans have access to the two concession stands located on the SW and SE corner concourse of Taft Stadium. Concession stands offer a full complement of food and beverages, including beer.

Gates to the stadium open promptly 60 minutes before kickoff. The box office will open at Taft Stadium three hours before kickoff for each home match.

 

Taft Stadium was built in the mid-1930s in the heart of Oklahoma City and was originally built as a WPA project. Taft Stadium has served as the stadium of choice for Oklahoma City and their athletic programs, hosting everything from football to soccer and even car racing. The stadium has received over $12 million in renovations over the last two years. The only part remaining from the original building is the stone façade that faces May Avenue. The renovation to Taft Stadium is laying the foundation for the future success of Energy FC, but also for the student-athletes from the Oklahoma City Public Schools.

 

Energy FC has lots of options available for parking and transit including sidewalk-friendly walking and scooter availability, a bus stop located outside of the stadium entrance and a safe drop-off and pick-up location. Visit our parking page for more information.

Our pitch pod seating is reserved seating. In order to sit in this area, you will need to have a ticket or wristband. Individuals will receive their wristband at each game once they access the track.

 

Season tickets are available online and through the Ticketmaster App.

As an Energy FC Season Seat Member, you have the opportunity to share your seats throughout the season. You can take advantage of this opportunity by sending your tickets by logging in to your Ticketmaster Account.

Energy FC encourages only the most spirited fans to sit in the supporter’s section at the north end of the stadium. The supporter’s clubs of Energy FC are encouraged to make noise, sing chants, wave flags and generally have fun during the entire match. A word of warning: sitting in the fan zone is not for the faint of heart. Fans sitting in the fan zone do risk hearing “colorful” language during the match.

 

Tickets are available for purchase via the Tickets page or by calling the office 405.235.KICK. Full season and half season packages, and individual game ticket packages are available. The box office will open at Taft Stadium three hours before kickoff for each home match.

Tickets range in price from $51 for a VIP seat to as little as $11 for a seat in the grandstand and support sections. For a list of ticket pricing, visit our Tickets page .

Children under the age of two are admitted free of charge and are expected to sit in a parent’s lap.

Energy FC tickets are non-refundable.

 

Restrooms are located in each corner of the upper concourse level of Taft Stadium.
