Ghana U20 team member joins Energy FC

Energy FC announced today the signing of centerback Joseph Adjei to a contract for the 2018 season, pending league, domestic and international federation approval.

During the last two seasons, Adjei has played with Cape Town City FC in the Premier Soccer League (South Africa) and Wa All Stars FC (Ghana).  The 22-year old was also a member of the Ghanaian U20 team that won their group at the 2015 U20 World Cup in New Zealand.

The addition of Adjei gives Energy FC 17 players officially signed and under contract for the 2018 season including: forwards Miguel Gonzalez, Jose Angulo, Jaime Siaj and Jonathan Brown; midfielders Juan Pablo Guzman, Jose Barril, Philip Rasmussen, Callum Ross and Alex Dixon as well as defenders Kyle Hyland, Richard Dixon, Shawn McLaws and Coady Andrews and goalkeepers Matt Van Oekel and Bryan Byars.
