The Greens would have 47 points on the season, finish as the #6 seed and will face Reno 1868 FC in the Conference Quarterfinals of the 2017 USL Cup Playoffs.  Game against Reno would be Saturday, October 21 at 7:45 p.m. (ct).

Energy FC one-goal loss by score of 1-0 or 2-1

The Greens would have 46 points on the season and finish as the #8 seed.  Because Energy FC has the same number of points as Tulsa and Sacramento, we head to the tiebreakers.  Tulsa wins the first tiebreaker and takes the #6 seed because the Roughnecks have 14 wins compared to the 13 by Sacramento and OKC.  The tiebreaker with Sacramento is more complicated.

Sacramento and OKC each have 13 wins, which moves us to the next tiebreaker of goal differential.  With the scenario above, both teams finish with a +2 goal differential, which moves us to the third tiebreaker of total goals on the season.  With the scenario above, Sacramento’s 45 goals bests Energy FC’s goal total.

With those tiebreakers, Energy FC finishes as the #8 seed and will face Real Monarchs SLC in the Conference Quarterfinals of the 2017 USL Cup Playoffs.  The game against Real Monarchs will be played Friday, October 20 at 9 p.m. (ct).

Energy FC one-goal loss by score of 3-2

The Greens would have 46 points on the season and finish as the #7 seed.

With those tiebreakers, Energy FC finishes as the #7 seed and would face San Antonio FC in the Conference Quarterfinals of the 2017 USL Cup Playoffs.  The game against San Antonio will be played Saturday, October 21 at 7:30 p.m. (ct).
